Purchasing Products

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all items, regardless of size, weight or value. We use Royal Mail for this service and delivery takes 2 – 5 working days (a working day is Monday – Friday and doesn't include Bank Holidays). All deliveries will require a signature.

Next day UK delivery is £3.95 on all items regardless of size, weight or value on orders up to 5.00 pm. All orders are next working day and don't include Bank Holidays. Any order received after 5.00pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday, we can offer deliveries on a Saturday, please contact us for details. We use a courier for this service and all deliveries will require a signature. If there is no one present to sign for the parcel a card will be put through your door. You can call the courier to arrange a re-delivery free of charge.

Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland next day delivery is charged at £10.00. The following applies:

BFPO delivery is charged at £8.00.

EU delivery is £20 on all items regardless of size, weight or value. We aim to deliver EU orders within 10 working days.

Christmas Postage Timelines

Free Delivery

We send our free delivery out on a first class signed for service, the last guaranteed order date for this is the 20th December (last order 5pm).

Next Day

The last recommended postage date is the 22nd December (Last Order 12pm)

We use Royal Mail for our parcels however please be aware that weather conditions may disrupt deliveries. If you have any questions regarding deliveries please contact us.

Availability

We have live stock showing on our website, although occasionally large amounts of the same item may not be immediately available. We do everything possible to make sure our stock levels are correct, from time to time there maybe some discrepancies. Every effort will be made to source a product if ordered and out of stock.

We may be able to special order products from suppliers that we already deal with. Please contact us here. All special orders will require full payment up front, be subject to postage costs and be non returnable.

Pricing

We endeavour to ensure all pricing is correct but we reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice.

Customers will be notified if a web purchase has been made at an incorrect price before dispatch.

Returns

You have 60 days to return products to us.

Products must be returned in the original condition to qualify for a refund. Clothing must have labels attached and items that were packaged must come back with this.

Unfortunately we cannot cover the postage cost of returning an item, please ensure you obtain a proof of postage or signed for service to cover any loss of parcels, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in the post.

Exchanging Products

If you need to exchange a product, simply send it back to us and as soon as we receive the item we will send out your new request. Our normal postage charges apply depending on the service you require.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item to be faulty please feel free to call us on 01756 700214 or contact us as we may be able to resolve the problem. Alternatively simply post to the address above.

Some items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for investigation but we will endeavour to deal with any return as quickly as possible and keep you informed at all times.

Any returns found to be faulty will be exchanged or refunded and any postage incurred will be refunded.
