About Us
We are based in the market town of Skipton on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Our shop is located on the main street of Skipton and has two floors of some the best outdoor clothing and equipment out there. We opened the shop in November 2010, with the website following a couple of months later in January 2011.
Our team consists of company directors Sam and Sue, Andy who works full time in the shop and is responsible for the buying and Sally who works in the shop part time and gets involved in a bit of everything. Between us we have over 40 years of experience in outdoor retail and pride ourselves in giving honest advice and creating a friendly and relaxed environment to shop in.
We believe in offering just as good a service to our online customers too. We always endeavour to get items posted out the same day when possible and offer a 60 day returns policy on all items.
Being active users of our products we are happy to offer advice both by email and over the phone, so please get in touch with any queries.
