The North Face Women's Highland Jacket is a fully waterproof shell that also has 80g Heatseeker synthetic insulation. This means that even on the wettest, coldest days you will stay warm and dry. 

The Highland uses a fully taped Hyvent outer and features a fully adjustable protective hood that rolls away into the collar when not in use. Pit zips are a useful addition for milder conditions and the velco adjustable cuffs and adjustable hem provide a good fit at all times. The Highland also has a flattering female specific fit so it not only performs on the mountain or ski slope but also looks great with jeans on your everyday adventures through the winter.
